Our Mission at Book Drive KC is to make use of all BOOKS, CD's, DVD's, and VIDEO tapes that others no longer want . We are dedicated to making sure we find a good home for all materials we collect. Our goal is to make sure no book goes to waste.
We are for-profit new and used book sellers... Your donated or purchased items are collected and recirculated back into society in many ways.
Books are resold online to raise money for the purchase of more books.
Donations of books are given to Libraries, Schools, Thrift Stores, Battered Womens Shelters, and any other Organization that could use books.
We would welcome your request or suggestions on who you would like to see books sent to, or what organizations or groups that would be interested in receiving our books at little or no cost.
TROOP A BOOK - a project our organization is starting to send care boxes to troops in Iraq. Book Drive KC will package a box of trade paper backs and mail them off to a troop in need of some literature. We ship the smaller books to save on cost of shipping. If you have a loved one or you know of a troop who could benefit from this project then please fill out our contact form with any and all information needed to contact you back.
Our organization is in need of cash donations to help cover the cost of shipping and handling to help send out these care packages.

At the end of each day, and week our number one goal is to make sure that no book gets thrown away.

Green is in, we serve our local community and the environment by recycling damaged or poor unusable books. Unusable books can be recyled and turned into new products.
Being able to touch more lives through or book drive, not just here in our country but other countries as well,is a really good feeling..
Our books are supplied by wonderful residents, local colleges, and groups within the community. Without all who have donated we would not be this far. We want to thank all who have gave and supported us up until this point.
